All metrics are shown as the mean of the full study population metrics and coefficient of variations (CV) of those metrics. Equation 10 defines the intra-subject variation. The mean residual errors produced are derived by finding the mean error between the measured data and the re-simulated profiles for insulin and glucose. The p-values are derived with Student’s t-test between the NGT and IFG-T2DM subgroups
