Refrigerate one hour or until firm. Drop dough on baking sheet, using about 2 tablespoons at a time. Bake for 17 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Chickpea chocolate chip cookies 1 cane chickpeas, drained
½ cup cashew butter (or almond butter)
½ cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup chocolate chips
