Dr. Jerónimo García-Fernández is an Assistant Professor in Sports Science at the Universidad de
Sevilla. Currently, he is a professor and researcher of Sport and Exercise Sciences program in the Physical Education and Sport Department at the Universidad de Sevilla, Spain. Previously, he has worked as a
manager at the fitness centers. Dr. García-Fernández has published various research articles in indexed international journals about sports management, as well as various book chapters for renowned publishers. His main research interests include sport management, customer loyalty, service experience and customer satisfaction in the fitness industry.

Dr. Rabiu Muazu Musa holds a Ph.D. degree from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia.
He obtained his M.Sc. in sports science from UniSZA and his B.Sc. in physical and health education at
Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. His Ph.D. research focused on the development of multivariate and
machine learning models for athletic performance. His research interests include performance
analysis, health promotion, sports psychology, exercise science, talent identification, test and
measurement as well as machine learning in sports. He is currently a lecturer at the Centre for
fundamental and continuing education, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu.

Dr Hairul Anuar Bin Hashim is currently an Associate Professor and Deputy Dean at the Research, Innovation, Industry – Community Engagement, School of Health Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He received a PhD from the University of Western Australia. His area of specialization includes Exercise and sports psychology; Psychometrics, Test and measurement. He has published 55 journal publications, 15 book/book chapters, and 7 proceedings in well-reputed journals.
